I need to know what the compression ratio is for a '93 2wd 1500 Chevy truck with a 350 cid V8. Anyone know?

I just called a Chevy dealer. The tech said it was 9.1:1

Does that sound right?

I can't say for sure but, I've heard similiar numbers.

I think most GM trucks(throughout the years) are around 9:1.
