I was afraid it was to much lift for the LS6 springs and I have learned over the years to be a tad conservative on a sreet engine.

This is excellent to hear! I figured it would work pretty well. I tried this same cam on a 114 LSA in my T/A back in '99, and it was damn torquey. Where is the truck idling, and how noticable is the lope? I REALLY want some more low-end power for pulling. I've thought about this cam on a 112 LSA, but it sounds like the 113 LSA will suffice. Thanks for the info; I may have to swap cams in the truck, too.

Ok I had to drill out the throttle body some to 13/64 for some warm start up issues. Runs, works great and idles a the stock 550 rpm . It lopes pretty good for a truck engine. Has gobs of low end tourqe. I can punch it hard and leave some serious rubber with the stock t/c . You can her the lope that is for sure. Sorry it won't rattle the glass out but it sounds mean. After I gut the cats and get some o2 simulaters it will be a hell of a lot louder. Later

I think I want one of these. When are you going to get us some track/dyno numbers? And maybe a sound clip?

I used to have a dyno at work but it was removed and wholesaled for different equipment so I am screwed . I dont have anything close to me such as a track and the nearest dyno is 3 hours away. I may drive to Richmond and get it done there if I can find a place.
I live in a rural area that looks like it came straight from the movie Deliverance. I just got back from our local car show and the band they had there was a bluegrass band .
As for the sound clips I have a digital camera but it wont record audio. Hell I still have a 56k dialup. Any ideas are welcome. If I can get the sounds on here I will .

do you think this cam will work in a 2002 cadillac escalade engine the 6.0 with 345hp stock?
also it would be a good idea to get the ls1 edit and save money instead of getting the rear o2 simulators.

Well it depends, do you mind the slight lope? If not and you get LS1 edit by all means I would recommend it. Where from WV are you from? I live in Covington VA close the the WV border on I-64. If your close to my area I will let you hear the truck. Hell I will even let you drive it to make your own decision.
