If I wanted to do what you did, what was your total parts list and cost to replace your truck intake with the TBSS one? My motor is similar to yours and I too would like to have a better flowing intake without relocating pulleys, buying new injectors blah blah. I already have the 44 lb injectors so I don't want to buy new ones. Anywho, so I assume all you replaced then was the intake manifold? If it's as simple as a new intake/throttle body I would do it. I have an '04 like you as well, what did you do for a 90MM throttle body? How did you get the TAC module to play with your new 90 MM tb?

all i had to do was buy the intake and the converter for the tb to go from the stock 8 pin plug to the 6 pin plug to get 100% throttle blade opening.
