i've been running Siemens 60s (which i believe are ~72# @ 58psi) on mine for 8yrs with the stock corvette fuel system + boost-a-pump, and they didn't max out until mid-600s whp...
then we swapped the pump & BAP to a single 450 that overwhelmed the stock FPR & made about 78psi... so then i had to do a custom FPR & return line. all's good now.
regarding my extensive head work - i only did that because i'm still stock bottom, aluminum everything, and trying to reduce boost (restriction/heat) as much as possible to help longevity.
as for your pulley combo, i'm calculating about 12.5psi dropping to ~11 by 6000rpm (big engine, small blower).

I forgot about Atomics boost calculator spread sheet. I'll run that when I get home. I'm in the same boat with stock gen 4 rotating assembly trying to keep temps down. Might end up ordering some ID injectors.
I realize pictures can be deceiving. I hope you pulled the old barbell out and cleaned all the oil passages prior to assembly. I also hope you installed a new one as well as the plug in the front.

Thank you for the help!
I actually have not done either of those things myself. This is the first I've heard of it. I'm hoping the machine shop did since he hot tanked everything for me. I will have to check that out tomorrow.
