01 z06 cam, springs and pushrods in 5.3

I found a stock 01 z06 cam,springs and pushrods and am wondering if i can use these in my 01 5.3

pushrods

Do you need the pushrods to do the z06 cam and springs swap or will the stock 5.3 pushrods work?

The LS6 cam has a smaller base circle I believe, so you need longer pushrods.

True, it does have a smaller base circle but the 7.400 still worked fine in my set up with this same cam.
