I'm in a similar boat with my G80 which at this point seems to be completely dead. So does anyone know what size rear end my 03 1500 has? I found these at Jegs. Now I have to figure out which one I need: http://www.jegs.com/p/Detroit-Locker...32953/10002/-1
Also if anyone knows of a cheaper online retailer then please let me know.

Thanks for the info PathfinderJr. On the description for that part number it says: "For 30 spline axles with large bearing bores (race O.D. of 3.06"), usually found on vehicles from 1999 to present, bearing LM-603049 and race LM-603012 are required. Will fit 2005.5-07 SAAB 9-7x"
Does this mean that I need to order those two bearings in order to put the locker in or does the locker come with the bearings?

Better double check and make sure that they make a trutrac for the 14 bolt...my buddy had a problem with the G80 in his 2500, so I recommended that he get a Trutrac. He went to the local speed shop that he uses, and they told him that it wasn't available for his rear. He ended up getting an Eaton LSD instead...
