Default Are these issues normal after stalling 6l80e?

Hey all, i just had a 2800 stall put into my 6l80e about a month ago. I had it tuned when my truck was getting tuned for the trick turbo kit. I do have a cam, but its nothing crazy. You can hardly hear it lope. I have been having a couple weird issues that i wasn't sure were normal or not.

1. When the truck is in Drive and idling I hear a weird wobble noise? Not sure if its actually a wobbling noise but thats what it sounds like. When i put the truck into park the noise goes away. Also, i can still hear the noise while putt'n around, maybe 0-10MPH. This makes me believe that its transmission related.

2. When then transmission down shifts while braking, its feels as if its kind of pushing through maybe? You can actually hear the transmission downshifting and you can hear and feel the rpms go up a little bit every time it downshifts.

3. When going WOT or rolling onto it in the lower gears (not sure which gear) the transmission seems to get confused and freak out as to what gear to go into. It will downshift or switch back and forth between a couple gears first. Doesn't sound to good either.

4. The converter is suppose to be set up to go into lockup at 49mph, but its pretty hard to get it to do it. Now at 55 and up, it will go into lock up a little easier but its deffinetly not instantly. Once it goes into lock up, the trans temps drop drastically (120-130*F) but in city traffic going under 50mph when not in lockup the temps creep up to 180 (and this is in 60* weather).

So what do you all think? Is this normal or what? To me it seems like my trans needs some more tuning. The thing that sucks is that i moved 20 hours away from the shop that tuned my truck so i would have to pay someone else to tune it again.
On a side note, can anyone recommend a reputable shop in the houston area?

Sounds like the trans tune needs work, what year is the truck? The 2014's have a thermostat that makes the trans run pretty warm. Those temps sound about normal, it will drop in lockup and climb in city driving. 180 will not hurt anything.

I made an audio recording with my iPhone but its not the right file type. You can definitely hear the noise in the recording.
