so this is probly a dumb question but the 4l60e trans mount wont work on the t56 will it? someone should have warned me the mount cost more than the tranny!

why wouldnt it? i have a urthene one from an auto on mine

k i lied... i have a 01 silverado master and slave cylinder but i try to connect the 2 and they the slave cylinder side is to big for the master. am i missing something?

i think its just bein a pita to connect cuz its pre bled.. i just didnt wanna force anything and have to spend another couple benjamins.

anyone know what could cause my t56 input shaft splines to hit my pilot bearing when i still need almost an inch to get the trans flat with the motor?

Do you have a T56 from an LT1 or LS1? What year/type of engine do you have?

Another possibility that I ran into was my 4.8/5 speed used a ball bearing in the very end of the crank where the tq converters also seat up in. And the T56 uses the old sytle thats another 1" inside the crank. I was only about 1/2" short from going in when I realized it.
