Default nv3500 questions

hey guys i searched around and couldn't find what i am looking for....anyway i am swapping a 5.3 into an hombre that has an nv1500. well the 1500 wont work of course and i do not want to pay for a t56 so i am looking into either the nv3500 or going auto....the 5.3 will be all stock so i know the nv3500 can take it. my questions are:

1. is the 4.8 nv3500 the same as the 4.3 s10 nv3500 (wiki says it is?)
2. what clutch and flywheel should i use (haven't been able to find a 4.8 set up in a junk yard around here)

I've read from some thread on here that the input shaft is different between the 4.8 nv3500 and the 4.3 nv3500. I haven't read that anywhere else or in any tech documents, but it would be enough to make me wanna double check it.

well on the s10 forum a guy is running the nv3500 from an s10 with a 4.8 clutch and flywheel......this looks to be my option but the cost of buying a new clutch and flywheel would make running the nv the same as a t56

I'll be doing the swap in the next month or so hopefully. My old stuff will definitely be for sale, but the trans will need going through as it has some issues/noises. The clutch and everything is just fine though. If you're interested, we can talk it over when the time comes. As soon as I get my T56, I'm dropping it off at the shop to be gone through and then it'll be swapped, so like I said the plan is here relatively soon.

Luk has some factory replacement clutches on ebay for around $225-$250 I think. They are the brand that makes the OEM ones so I wouldn't hesitate about using them.
