Some guys don't like the TG plate because it's 3 piece's and has a tendency to cross leak. I am guessing part of that is because they don't line up right like you have shown in the picture.

Front speed sensor almost points straight to the test port you can run your temp sensor in (just like the 60e) The port is just above the NSS, you can see it in one of your above pics.

I've never noticed the check ball holes being that far off. Are you sure that you lined up the alignment holes properly? For the record I would not modify the hole where the check ball has to seat. This would be a big mistake. I can see where some of the holes might be a in a slightly different location but as long as the factory gaskets do not block any of the holes then you will be fine.

would u recommend just using the stock plate then? in that case what would i have to do, just drill the holes bigger on the stock one and im ready to use it?

i have an autometer gauge i used in my 4l60e, actually this picture is taken from the 4l60e, u can see the sensor there, i just need to know how i can use the same lil sensor in the 4l80e

Yes, the pressure test port on the 4L80E is also 1/4 NPT. It will read a little higher than actual temp, since its basically measuring case temp instead of fluid temp.

thats weird i checked the 4l80e yesturday and couldnt find it, iŽll look at it again later, thank you
