I can kinda expect what caused it shifting too hard right? Is this a problem with the tune ar far as the line pressures?
I've heard of instances where line pressure was too high, and torque converter design being "potential" causes for input shaft failure. Now, how much truth lies in that? Maybe Vince/Chuck from FLT and Performabuilt reps can throw their $0.02 in.

Shifts that are too brutal for the street will brake hard parts in the trans. My 1-2 shift would bark the tires with anything above half throttle. To make these 60e's last you need quick but smooth shifts under WOT.

x2, I still have my stock 4l60e wit only a corvette servo and its still going(knock on wood). I spray a 150 shot off the line and beat it to death, and its still going, lol. Its giving up already but it has gone above and beyond my and everyone else's expectations on how long it has lasted since I give it hell. My shifts are very soft, they only way it will bark the tires is if i put it in t/h mode and floor it.

Just wondering I got some compare and contrast to look at my 2 tunes and see if the line pressures were bumped up... If so I'm going at who did my tune and and have them pay for it...
