Thanks MudManMatt but I figure 4.11 will be perfect for my truck and all around performance, if I was racing more id do 4.88's, actually I would now if I wasn't so worried about free way performance, anyone know why 8.5 and 8.6 gears are listed together?

To elaborate a little more, the gears are the same between the two; the bearings are what are different. When you pick up a new carrier, you will need to make sure that you order/receive the bearings for an 8.625”. However before you place your order, make sure what your new carrier will need, as some of the carriers are also for an 8.5” and they will require what basically amounts to adapter bearings. They will have the larger races for the housing with the smaller I.D. on the bearings for the carrier.

Talk it over with the sales-person, as they should be able to ensure you will order the appropriate parts for your application.
