Also, could you PM where you got the transfer case input gear, I ordered one from Speed Engineering for almost twice that price over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped, so I just emailed them to cancel it.

The measurement from CL of rear U-joint to end of transfer case was 70.25". Thats what they wanted to know. I'll have to get under the truck and measure the U-joint cl to cl. Can't do it today. Will soon. It was something like 66 3/4 with a quick measure before I threw it in.

EDIT : DS is 67" CL to CL of U-joint. Anybody thinking of using this measurement be mindful that this is a 1350 u-jointed shaft with a Spicer 1350 rear yoke and will not apply to a factory u-jointed unit. The truck also has approximately a 4 in drop in the rear. Use at your own risk!

Couldn't use your crossmember. It was a 2wd and wouldn't work. Still have it if ya want it back. I did start to cut on it a bit thinking I could make it work until I found the right one. I could weld it back up like new
Lol I hope I never need it again. Maybe it would work as a boat anchor

Woot! Fixed up the leaky lines. Helps when you actually tighten the clamps. Took her for about a 25 mile drive. Shifts great, OD lockup is good. Runs through the gears in manual and engine brakes. Temps never got above 150. Cooled back down to something less when cruising. No codes, no leaks, no fires

Felt just a tad bit of vibration on a mild 2nd gear pull. Forgot all about it when it broke traction around 70...damp roads Nothing WOT yet but so far SUCCESS!

No complaints so far. I'll reserve final likingness until after more seat time and a couple trips to the track.
