Default drop spindles or keys or control arms?

Which offers the best ride quality for dropping a 4x4?

I am looking at 2-3" / 3-4" drop for my truck. Also since my truck just rolled over 100k should I look at replacing anything particular in the suspension?

If I am understanding what I have read correctly I will need a alignment and a good setc of shocks for the lowered stance.

Here's a pic of what the Z looks like.

I read that the spindles keep the cv joints in spec but might be a harsher ride. The control arms are suppose to be the ticket. Then again I read that the keys would be the ticket? Just looking for some clarification, don't wanna order parts that are going to give a shitty ride.

I have spindles and keys for sale if you decide to go with either of those. Keys are your cheapest route with a good ride. Spindles will help with cv axles, and not sure about the control arms for I have never used them but could be pricey. I would recommend changing the shocks, but ppl still run the stockers with a drop. A common shock you see used is the belltech street performer shock or the belltech nitro drop shock. The street performer shock is supposed to offer a little stiffer ride and the nitro drop shocks are softer. Oh and there's plenty of over companies that offer drop shocks so I'm not saying just go with belltech.

Thanks, spindles scare me a bit due to the possibility of all the stuck/froze up hardware that will need removed. I mean the possibility of stuck parts scares me. I might just cheap out and go with the keys/shocks/hangers/shackles.

There's really nothing that can be real stuck. The right touch will get them loose lol. Either way if your interested I have a set of keys available.

I have read most of the threads just didn't find anything about ride quality.
