Default Broke 80e

After getting the 80e swap done, with other problems got the truck moving on friday. After meeting with the tuner sunday morning lost 3rd gear in drive as well as reverse completely. The manual ranges will still hold first second and third. Just no gears in drive except fourth.

Trans is around a 95ish. Older case.

Builder forgot a filter, so it ran probly a good minute with no fluid flow, before the problem was found and fixed. At idle of course.

In drive, each gear will barely pull, except fourth which still hold, feels fine.

The manual ranges work as supposed to.

TC still locks up good as commanded.

This is on a vac modded Valve body. Seems WAY to aggresive, i thought a bit more could be tuned out but it was chirping the tires at aroun 80 MPH.

Im 250 miles from home, Do i drive it?

Similar symptoms in my 60e was a input sprag IIRC.....

Fluid still looks good.

Maybe your truck just wasn't meant to run. THat's like 5-6 trannies right? Get it built by FLT and be done with it.

Colton, let me know if there is anything I can do to help. For now, might try looking through this article to see if you can match the symptoms to anything.
