If i had it id probably be getting ready to or already have swapped a 6.0 or 6.2 with 6spd auto into it.... Might actually be able to get it back..... Ned make a phone call on that!!!!
No cant find the money for a turbo, for my cats got 1 more on way for the back side of my driver side cat pipe.... Not bad for ebay, stainless and less than $20 each!!!!
Now to find an extra $100 or so for my cats not to mention the$450 for new torque converter!!!! Seriously ready for a new job or a new start at an old one!!!
One day....I will own a 2007-2009 silverado in brahma jewel or black cherry metallic.... With ebony interior... The brahma jewel is a purple that in right light or at right angle you think its black!!!

.......And the past two days reitterate why i am not a ford driver/fan, or even like them.... Been doing an engine swap in an expedition.... What a meticulous pain in the ****..... I think id rather do 5 express vans rather than 1 more damn expedition!!!! Probably wouldnt have been so bad if the engine had been ordered properly last week...... Same vin number calls for two different engines an aluminum block and a cast block..... Only differemce i can see is the knock sensors.... Aluminum has 2, cast has 1... Why in the ford cant ford just make this crap interchangeable???

Edit: called customer sold starter, let her know i changed damn near all the sensors on her engine, got told she wasnt sure how she is payin for it (which means i again dont get my almost 22 hours for it), got starter in and fired it up ran as perfectas ive ever seen a ford run..... Now just need to fight to get paid!!!!
theres a reason i have an interview for a new/old job tomorrow!!!! At a chevy dealer!!!

Ok so measured my end play. Had alot less than i thought i did.... To tune of basically half a .001 so .0005..... And i think most of that is my worn out dial indicator locking fixture.... So anyway just for shagrins i took the selective washer back out and lo and behold i have .046 the washer in my trans looks to be a 69 which i would assume is .069.... I need to get a new selective washer just having a brainfart as to how to figure out what size i need.... Any help would be appreciated..

So after some playing with this if i put pump in and dont torque it down but seat it where it should be, i have end play, soon as i torque it i lose end play....took input drum back out to make sure i didnt have a piece of dirt or burrs or something and the wsher sat flat, all is good, also noticed with pump torqued output shaft moves inone direction and not other, untorqued everything moves fine both directions!!! Input shaft moves whether end play there or not..if memory serves correctly, that means something is being applied when torqued which would mean too thick of a washer because the pump is basically pushing the input drum down too far applying the clutches in it... Some quick searching, i need to get a 67 and 68 washer tomorrow and see which will put my end pkay where it needs to be.. If at all possible id like to keep it on the tighter end of the spec range so .015-.018
