Default 40k & transgo hd2 installed

I put in my 40k with the bypass and had a transgo hd2 installed yesterday. I already had a corvette servo and now with the hd2 the truck shifts much firmer and quicker. Also got the filter and fluid changed while he had the valve body out. Should help alot pulling my travel trailer.

I couldn't find a place to get the ead brackets ppl talk about so I just came up with my own way to mount it. Wanted to use compression fittings on the hard line but napa was closed so had to do it this way for now. I don't think its going anywhere as tight as the hoses were on the tubing. Just need to paint it now.

I have the HD2 and vette servo and I agree. So much better and I don't think I would drive another truck without them. Your cooler looks good. I like the way you mounted it.

Did you have a factory cooler?

Yes, the truck had the factory tow package that included a cooler.

Here is a picture of the old one in front of the new 40k.

I would not paint it if it were me. It can lower the ability for it to cool.

I don't have the towing package so I have to figure out what is needed to install the 40k cooler. I haven't crawled under there to look.

That's for pointing that out, I read that in the sticky about them. I just want to paint the brackets black but it doesn't really matter I guess. You can't see any of it with the grill on.
