When I did my Hotchkis TVS 2/4, I never changed the shocks. I checked before & after. Now there's only 1/2" travel. Handles real nice, over bumps tho, limited travel will beat u up. Get some shocks for your new setup & be done. Yes, I do plan to put some on the back. Eventually, when time permits.

I did 2/4 drop and never touched the shocks. Still used factory shocks rides great.

if u do hangers and 2" shackles you can get away with only a 2" drop shock in the rear, but i would say forget belltechs nitro drop shocks, they are pathetic, get some street performances from belltech, they are alot better
