Default What would it take to be able to run E85?

My truck didn't come with the flex fuel option. I'm wondering what it would take to safely run E85 when I wanted. Is there a way to add an ethanol sensor to the fuel system so the computer could correctly calculate fuel delivery? Thanks guys

Yes for the 408. I have 42lb injectors that are in the 70-75% duty cycle range with 91 octane.

Ive seen several posts on here that the stock fuel lines have no problems with e85. So im going to run big injectors with dual pumps and call it a day.

I'm looking to be able to fill at the pump and not have to "guess" what the stoich value is in the tune. I will only be able to use e85 every now and again. I'm guessing this is only possible with a newer PCM? or is there a way to add the ethanol sensor to the take and wire it to my 2003 PCM?
