Walbro 450 kit
Anyone Use this kit? it says direct replacement and wont overpower stock in tank regulater https://www.highflowfuel.com/i-23899...2004-2009.html

You're still gonna have to cut the pump mount and route the tube around, but it's got the correct offset fuel filter and hose. I'm using one with the stock returnless system using the instructions in the 450 stickied post.

Pretty sure I saw a post of yours and this is for an 06?. The write up I did and my application is for 07+. You will need a Hotwire kit. Can’t comment on your bucket as I haven’t installed one in your year model. I had a heads/cam 07 classic and never touched the fuel system. It was a stock E-85 truck. There are multiple other write ups for your application on this site. You will just have to search.

Yes mine is a 06 non flex fuel truck. ive searched like crazy on here but cant find a for sure answer if this kit will work with out modifying anything. When you click on the link for the fuel pump i provided in the first pump it says it will work with no mods and will support 650whp on the stock wiring, but i wanted to see if someone on here had use the same kit on a 05-06 truck.
