Someone just replied on a local forum that I posted in that their is this fuse that cause the pump and starter not to work, I checked all fuses last night but he said that I have to pull this one relay because it's hidden. Hopefully thats the issue.
The year make and model make a big difference in offering up help. Since you didn't mention it initially we just assumed it was the Toyota you had listed in your SIG. Also unplugging the computer won't reset it if its damaged.

If you have Power at your OBD2 port and the Scanner Is know to work on that vehicle, It is entirely possible that the PCM is Damaged.

Hope fully the shop you dropped it at will get it squared away and get you back up ASAP after all the other work is complete.

Keep us posted if they find the problem.

I believe I did put the vehicle In my first post. I'm hoping its no bigger issue than the PCM. Its amazing what a simple fuel pump swap caused.
