Default What pulley for 6.0

Hey guys Im looking to upsize my pulley on my 6.0. I have a mp112 on it. It has a gt2-3 cam as well as upgraded springs, long tube headers etc. Will my motor support a 2.8? I still have the injectors that came with the kit im guessing 42#. Am I gonna have to upgrade the injectors as well? What you guys think?

You can run the 2.8" pulley. It would depend on what your injector duty cycle is to determine if you need injectors or not. What fuel pump are you running?

What pulley is on it now and how much boost are you seeing? Also like Andy mentioned what fuel pump? If you have 42lb injectors they are most likely about maxed now, you will also need it retuned.

Im running a 3.4 right now. Im seeing around 5 psi. Its lower than it should be because of our altitude here. Im running the inline booster pump that the kit came with. I think its a walbro gsl394 the specs say 190lph. My injectors are 43#.

Will most likely need a bigger intank fuel pump. A Bosch 044 or walbro 400 should get the job done and some 60# injectors

I'd stick with a 3.0 and enjoy what it gives. You can go smaller, but diminishing returns kicks in pretty quick when you go smaller unless adding meth to the equation. LS9 injectors show up often in the for sale section of the various forums. 52#ers if memory serves. A 3.0 pulley on the 112 really wakes up a 6.0L.

I'd go 2.8 pulley, 60# injectors, and a better pump. Should be alot of fun with a good tune!
