Im not too sure on the hole turbo intake vacum thingy.I will say this when you start out with 180-200 iat's on a unintercooled system then you be hard pressed to make jaw dropping hp with damn near any fuel.Stable combustion is no prob but,you cant suck/push a bowling ball through a garden hose.Its simple i tried to convey that before on tech's fi side.
