Default Cammed and converter guys

6.2L AWD
224 cam
3200 yank converter
Full bolts on

What kind of gas mileage are yall guys getting? Feel like when I pump full tank of gas, it not lasting me very long and I'm barely driving around. Haven't calculated MPG yet but I know it bad by just how fast my gas meter goes down . Should I go e85?

Is it a non-vvt cam? I think you take a hit with VVT delete.
