The intercooler i got is about 4" thick but you can get a 3" thick one. With the 34" rad its hard to go around without cutting up the headlight brackets but the way the outlets are on this one it just goes right under the core support and the intercooler piping is pretty short.

My trans cooler is behind the intercooler as well.

I reused a lot of the piping that came with my kit and just cut it and welded it to fit.

Basically its just U bends that go under the core support.

When I measured mine, there was no space between the headlight and radiator to fit 2.5" IC pipe even with cutting. If I cut a hole, I will have to chop off the radiator or headlight, or both>

Please post picture of the trimmed area before inserting the ic pipe. Also, what size is your IC?

Did u relocate ur trans cooler? and to where?

What did you have to do on the driver side to fit that IC pipe? what size is it?

I see that you have small battery there to get room for the IC pipe.
