Default TrickPer Turbo Kit IC Setup

I am trying to figure out how to fit the IC at the front behind the grill instead of under the rad core support behind the bumper on my 2003 Chevy Silverado, like on this 2010 truck.

The driver side cold pipe seems doable with battery relocated to rear passenger corner.

Only issue is the passenger side seems there is no space between the radiator, I swapped from 28" to 34" radiator with e-fans, and the passenger headlight. Like on this picture. Picure is not mine but similar truck.

Any one done that before with 34" rad on 2003-2006 trucks?

I can do that no problem.

But the issue is that there is no enough space between the radiator side core, on pass side, and the left headlight to run the ic pipe like this below 2010 Chevy truck. This is because I have the 05+ 34" radiator. If I have not upgraded from 28" radiator years ago, I would have the space to run 2.5" cold ic pipe.

Other option that I came through by searching the forum is this. Which will mean running pipes the ic low.

3rd Option is to install narrower radiator 28" from pre 05 models or Ron Davis or any aftermarket rad that will give me room on the pass side to run ic pipe.

I need to find out the part# for the radiator and where to buy it.

Mine looks exactly what you pictured. I have a TRICK stage 3 kit with the intercooler just how you want it. You have to cut the plastic behind the head lights to get the piping through there

Is your truck 03-06 body style or the new 07+ body style?

If yes, then is your radiator the 34" 05+ rad?

I checked the area that you mentioned that I should cut but it seems there is no space between the side edge of the 34" radiator and the pass side headlight.

Do you have a picture of your truck showing how the ic comes out through to the front.

07 classic, 34" radiator with the fans.

I'll try to snap a picture in the morning. See the plastic that was cut in this pic? That's what's in between your head light and park light. You cut the same spot on the passenger side.
