Talk about prochargers

The most fucked up thing in my Supercharger journey was find a damn pebble wedged in one of the ribs on my crank pulley. No ******* idea how that bastard got in there. But it cost me about $200 in belts. Actually kinda a miracle i found it.
Ever heard of some retarded **** like that?

that certain someone has a pro-charged truck too...
I've read through the thread and basically learned that they are expensive, don't work the way they're supposed to without customization, and procharger admits to building a bracket system only strong enough to hold stock boost numbers (lame). I don't understand why anyone would go through the headache of putting a procharger on a full size truck. maybe it works better on Camaro/vettes, but 2/3 of this thread is about people complaining about slinging belts, belt alignment, accessories flexing and having to customize their expensive *** supercharger kit to work the way they need it to.

Ha, that aint gonna happen. As much as I do like to tout them, I don't have the bank roll enough to run the truck to its full potential year round year after year.
I had thought a lot about sponsorship programs a while back and talked to several guys who where running on free parts. The general consensus was........waist all your money.......hope it was enough to get the attention needed for a sponsorship deal, which is typically not enough to cover all the costs involved......so eventually you'll run out of money anyway if you just stay at it.
Of course this does apply to the corporate owned world of NHRA.
