I have a 2-3/4" pulley making 7lbs right now. You would need a pulley about the size of a nickle to get 15lbs i think. Kenne bell has the 2.8L coming out soon i think.
Believe it or not, I actually got a hold of KB to ask them about the 2.8. They said 30 days and that was on 9/11 that I called. But we all know what there 30 days means. They said they are just working on the pulley and bracket set up for our Trucks

I think about 380 ci pushing the efficiency of the blower. 6.0l 364ci is not to large for a 2.3l compressor. 8.1l 496 ci is really pushing it, that might be why the IAC is so hot. There was an artical a few months ago in chp,or car craft with a blown 496 BBC with a 177ci s/c and 3lbs was all wanted to make. Spinning it faster just made it pump hot air. I think the whipple is alot better s/c but its only around 140ci.

I spoke with them at the beginning of the week to get some pullies, and while on the phone I asked about the 2.8 and they said begin to mid. october so that seems to jive with what they told you Mark. We will see.

My point is that my pre-intercooler IATs were just as high as his were.

Probably 80° at cruise, to over 100° at WOT. I was seeing over 170° cruising in 90° ambient. Now it stays about 10° over ambient cruising. The highest WOT temps that I've seen after the I/C on hot days were about 120°, which quickly drops back to 10° or so over ambient while I'm coasting down. Pre- I/C I saw 220° in the same situation, and it took forever to get back to 170° or so.
