You can plug the line into the hose coming from the back of the intake mani(the one that runs to the brake booster-master cyl.. You need to get a vacuum T to make it all work. As far as belt goes I am not sure. I am running a gates- k061110.. I am running a 3.50 pulley, so you might need to go to a bigger size, as my tensioner is pulled just about all the way in..

I think mine is 111.5".I run my bypass from the break off fitting on the side of the intake manifold.

The 03-06 kit w/4.00" pulley should use a 114.5" belt. The line from the BOV can go to any vacuum source.

You should try for a direct line to the intake ,no "T"s , good solid connections that won't seperate. I run DOT airline with pushlok fittings.

My notes show a Gates K061115 w/ a 4" pulley and a K061105 for a 3.5" pulley

I agree that if you can get it to the intake that would prob be best.. But as long as it is a good quality T it will work just as good, so long you have the tubes secured correct...

Don't start with the 4" you will go to a 3.5 in 2 weeks. You want a min. of 10# boost right? My P1 has a 3.25 and I make 11#

he as a D1,not a P1! he will get 10psi with a 4"! doubt he could run a 3.25 without a ton of belt slip,if you can boost would probably be 16-20 psi with a D1.
