As for 76mm not everyone needs a 76 as not all 76 are the same
You can have a 600max 76mm and have a 1200hp 76mm
376ci + 6psi = 650hp at the wheel is some REALLY good efficiency.

Its been a few Yrs it may of been 605 or 615 rwhp
Was thru a stalled 6l80 on 20" wheels
Had a cam, 1.875 headers dual 3" exhaust

Was on 93 and previous tuner was down 50hp, he tuned it like it was seeing huge boost....tuned off plugs and what I know how to and setup came alive
10.7@125 first time out
Either way was p1sc

A 6.2 with good exhaust and air intake will make 420/430 to wheels na
They respond well to boost

420hp na and 100% efficiency at 6 psi would still only be 595hp. I just feel as though I am missing something.

not sure of the exact experience you have but sometimes calculations dont always equal out, in this case you might of missed where i said motor had a cam added to it along with the P1sc. So it easily makes sense, its nothing crazy thing just how some motors respond to boost when tuned properly

now back on topic of the P1sc, its not the blower for the guy or gal who wants huge power. Its a hell of a blower for the guy that wants a bad *** daily driver. When you use the p1sc and pulley it up, you bring in boost alot sooner then you would of a D1sc. Now you can use my 5.3 for example it makes good power for little boost. Could a D1sc make more power? yes but would it fit the build of the truck its mounted to? no

Point of all this is dont count the little p1sc out as it can hold its own and on a 6.2 with right mods it will still work and perform in right hands

I was thinking the cam was factored into the NA numbers.
