any kit for the NEW body style 5.3? i'm trying to pick a kit for my truck. 07 sierra 5.3 (flex fuel if that matters, never run it) 4" lift and 35s. looking for more overall power and some low end for towing, 2-3rpm range probably.

 

What is the eighth digit in the VIN code?

 

eighth digit is 0

 

It should be a letter like J or X. I will have to check and see, I dont think we have a calibration. We can get you into a kit that would just require a custom tune if the calibrations are not done.

 

my truck has the flex fuel motor so its 0, i know for sure because when i had my diablo ordered (before i got the Edge) the dealer had to reorder it for the 0 vin code. thanks for the help let me know what you find out.

yup...mines a flex and the digit is "0"

so does this kit require any fuel pump upgrades or injector changes?

 

The kit comes with new injectors and may at the most use a MagnaVolt. Alot of the flex fuel vehicles have enough pump already without the MagnaVolt.
