Default Heat shielding

Just wondering how much of the wires and stuff are you turbo guys covering?
I find myself wanting to cover everything that is close and wanting a guess of how many inches away can stuff be and not be covered?

Good info, I would also like to know what needs to be protected. I'm assuming the passenger side plug wires and the heater hoses, but other than that I can't think of what else needs to be covered. I haven't put the kit in yet, just hypothesizing right now.

Im in the process of wrapping all the hotside. and doulbe wrapping the log manifold to hopefully keep the heat off the plug wires.

Guess we will see.

Turbo blanket
wrap down pipe
hear sleeve a/c low side suction line.
Those are pretty standard.
Wrapping the manifold help hold heat but also the wrap gets you closer to the wires.
Heater hoses should be anywere close to the hot stuff.
We have covered the oil feed line.

If your turbo is to close water tank you might need to cover tank.
But the blanket should solve most if not all heat issues.

Oh it would work awesome.. right before all the coolant wanted to leave the hose in a hurry by the new found daylight.

I covered everything remotely close...

And my turbo blanket itself still gets over 200 degrees
