Got new truck, Going FI in future, question about supporting mods along the way

I traded in my 2001 for a 2011 Silverado crew cab 4wd with the LC9 5.3 flex fuel and 6l80e. It's certified used so I have 48k/48month bumper to bumper that I would like to keep intact but after that, it's TVS1900. In order to save money for the Maggie, I don't want to buy mods that can't be used with the TVS, that is what I'm asking about.
First, the truck has 3.08 gears. I was going to have the dealer swap to 3.73, but will that even matter after boosted? If not, I will just keep the 3.08s and save the money for the blower.
Second, Corsa db catback. Will that help the maggie? I might go with headers after the blower and I don't want it to be too loud. Would the stocker catback keep the noise down better with headers & ORY or just put on a catback now and it won't matter, noise wise.
Third, Airaid Jr. kit. Would I be able to continue to use any of the kit after a blower? The filter maybe?
Don't want to spend money that I can put in my TVS1900 jar... 1461 days till bumper to bumper expires, 1827 days till powertrain expires. I think I'll hit the dates before the mileage.
While we're on the topic, I was also planning to go Autocal with Black Bear. Can he tune for a supercharger via AutoCal and email or should I just plan on using the magnacharger tuner and finding someone local for a real tune.

Well, I can spend $2500 on gears, catback & intake or save it for my magnacharger. If those upgrades won't matter with the maggie, I want to save that money now instead of spend it.

Having gone down this road and replaced a lot of new parts with newer parts as plans change, I'd put the money towards the TVS kit first. If you're going this route, don't bother spending money in areas that will return very minimal gains, like CAI, which you'll have to change out after the maggie goes on. Exhaust will certainly help later on, and will make the truck more fun to drive now so that's up to you. Same with tune. Blackbear sells magnachargers which is why I went with him for a tune.

And who knows, if I can get the cash for the supercharger, I might have to put it on before the warranty expires.

I appreciate that. I'll def go with you so we can get real time data and get it dialed in right, it just might take me a little while to get there. But when I do, I want to do it right and dailed in, then enjoy it. I won't need to switch between tunes, so the AutoCal probably won't be necessary anyway. Do I need to add a wideband to my upgrade list? Boost gauge?
