Found a problem with drain oil to the valve cover.

Ok this weekend I found that draining the oil to the valve cover might not be the best idea.. On a steep decline, the truck likes to smoke. A bunch. Guess I will be moving it some as I can get to it.

Maybe it will work in another location on the cover, the STS system dumps it back into the cap, I know you probably don't want to do that but maybe its where it dumping it, not the fact that its dumping it onder the valve cover?
Do you know exactly what is under that peticular spot on the cover?

He is using gravity to dump the oil back there, where the STS is using a pump. It's hard to get oil to run up hill

yeppers thats what I am talking about, again only on a steep downhill... But the new turbo will be setting higher, and I will go ahead and go back to the pan... Damm just did not want to pull the pan... I hate getting dirty. lol
