Angry Excessive turbo smoke!!! Need help please

Brand new 7875 VS Racing

I have an .030" oil restrictor at the turbo, and a .060" on the motor oil feed line(-4)

PLEASE HELP! I'm lost
This is the 2nd new turbo on the truck, the first was a 72mm ball bearing CXRacing( I'm really sure, that's what the tag decoded to) that turbo also smoked. But no where nearly as bad as this one

you left out the most important thing. What size oil drain, where does it drain, and at what angle?

Yep, drain needs to be at least 5/8" and have at least a foot or so of elevation drop to drain properly.

Drain is -10, and goes straight down with slight curve to oil pan. No kinks in the line.

The center cartridge is clocked inlet at 12, drain at 6

Is the oil drain above the oil level in the pan? You could just take the drain line off and put it in a drain pan to see if it's draining correctly.

FWIW my truck makes about 60-65lbs of oil pressure when hot and about 85-90lbs at WOT hot. I also run Mobil 1 5/30

The oil feed/drain kit from Trick Perf. With the kit

Gammey4: the oil drain is just about middle of the oil pan

PCV setup correct?

But I agree that this looks like a drain issue.

No PCV
Both valve covers vent to atmosphere

Some guys use the timing cover.

ICT Billet sells modified timing covers with a drain welded to it.

In the pics, the drain goes straight down from the turbo until it touches the frame rail, then makes a gentle bend towards the oil pan, the trans cooler lines are below the oil drain, everything flows in a gentle curve straight into the oil pan. Could the length of the hose effect the draining?
