I never said.

Plus it's been 3 years. I kinda forgot exactly, & would have to look thru my records. I know a ballpark idea.

Wow looks like a lot of fun. Glad to see I'm not the only one that "collects" parts for years before actually getting around to installing them. I just don't have a blower sitting in a box in my garage

But I agree with getting the suspension and all other weak links addressed before adding power mods. Good luck with everything.

And I love the color.

A few more pics of some more goodies. I figure I might as well go all out on the PIC whoring. Right Billy? And Roger (KY Silverado).

A lil dusty from sitting.

Got Boost?!? 0-30PSI Cobalt, p/n 6160.

Fuel 0-100PSI, electric 2 1/16" Cobalt, p/n 6163.

Ultralite Wideband 2 1/16" I went w/. this as a contrast to draw my eye to w/b since it's a different color scheme. p/n 4378

DPIC, to play w/. when I just need to check a few things like 0-60 & so on, but don't need a 1/4 MI.

Only 1 DPIC will be used, then the other put in another project. I'm undecided which, but will probably go w/. Cobalt on my '04.

Another DPIC. Yes, only 1 is gonna be used.

I'm a little torn as to put the Boost ga. at top or W/B. I'm thinkin W/B, but I want top gauge as somethin I'm gonna view frequently. I may have to go pillar pod, even tho I don't want to, for ease of use. I don't wanna ricer look nor crowd my visibility. If I do pillar, it's gettin w/b, boost, fuel. DPIC is goin in overhd console in a mount. I may fab this or buy a mount. I also thought of rippin factory OH console down & makin it 1 pc. That might be too much aggravation. Whatever I do, I like a professional sano look. On anything, but esp. interior. If 3 gauges go on pillar, 1 in OH, that still leaves 1 hole empty...

could mount a trans temp. but a gauge cluster might just get the nod to minimize a bunch of gauges all over. After blowin up a few trannies, I deem a tranny temp. an absolute must.

If I go to a Esky cluster w/. built in tranny ga., I may use the other OH spot for somethin if needed.

Well, he didn't keep it a secret from everybody, I had to keep the secret too! (at least for about a year) I'm good at keeping a secret but Tom is absolutely the best...I actually slipped a few times but nobody caught on

A battery? Cmon, at least that monster cam. Gimme somethin. Or give us on PT somethin.

I'm actually shocked how no one caught it. You certainly let it slip.

Thanks Bruce.

I'm tryin to reach my goals w/o resorting to guttin everything in vehicle, retain AC, full functionality DD truck, yet still handle & get decent mileage. Lofty goals I think are attainable.

I'm not lookin for monster stall, giant gears. Nor do I wanna go 6L. Unless this 1 blows.
No disconnecting sway bars or some of the more extreme tactics.

looks like its going to be a sweet setup! as far as anodize and your fuel rails are concerned. they could plug the holes no problem but anodize is a chemical reconstruction of the surface of the metal. no powder used and the buildup is only .0001-.0002 of an inch so threads are usually unaffected

I said anodized. I meant powdercoat. Maybe anodized would be better. It may not hold up as well up here on the salt infested winter roads.

Anod. at .0001-.0002 sounds like a great option. IIRC, where I had my Dynas coated, they do anodized as well. I gotta check Tues.

Any chance u know how thick powdercaot would be? I know it'd be similiar to paint sprayed on a vehicles surface, trouble is, IDK how many mils thick that powder would be. I thought a car's (or truck) paint was 1.5 mils thick. I think that is factory thickness, but unsure as to whether or nor it includes the clear.

hmm well a test for anodizing is salt spray. it has to last a certain amount of time before breaking down per military specs. there is hard anodizing which is a lot of money, and no colors and is .001-.003 thick and would last but i dont think thats what you want. powdercoat you would def want to plug the holes and if i were to guess id say somewhere around .010 thick. any mounting areas or holes i would mask. im no powdercoat guy i know the other types of metal finishing from work though
