So with no WG spring it would build 1.5lbs of boost?

And for 3lb in the WG, you're running the brown/black color spring?

But seems worse at the manifold vac source so gonna go back to the compressor. And this time take the gates off and inspect them.

The WG's don't need to see a vacuum source, just run them off the compressor housing fittings.

After taking the springs out (and knowing that your WG placement is good), the only thing I can think of is the WG's?... But what are the chances of getting a faulty WG... Worth checking out though.

The only lines I would run off the intake manifold are the boost reference for your boost controller and the lines for your BOV's

With the spring out he's almost completely avoiding any boost.....the wastegates are working. Just need a different spring. Or for best control get a CO2 controller.

Just out of curiosity, when your running just the WG, without the controller, did you still have the lines hooked up to your WG from the compressor? Or did you disconnect all lines from the WG's?

I knew I'd get alittle boost creep but with the 3psi spring I was hoping to stay at about 5 not the 7 it's hitting haha I'll see what turbosmart says maybe run 2 60mm gates and hood vent the bitcjes. Or fender. And I ran all new lines each time I have a few hundred feet of the push lock line.
