Default Anyone Have A Step By Step Of An STS Install?

Just curious if anyone has anything documented? Looking to start it this weekend and I have the PDF on my computer but I was curious if anyone had the whole install documented.

The PDF. That comes with the kit is quite easy to follow, the only "tricky" order is that STS made some upgrades to there kits a while back and instead of the oil pump running at high/low speeds they changed it to just run high all the time..... Don't forget to put the brass one way valve into the brake vacuum tube so you don't pressurize the booster and have a hard pedal. You can also call STS your self and they can send parts/pieces/ e-manual as well good luck with the install

Btw you will need a factory after cat mid pipe that was cut just at
the mufflers beginning..... I had to go to a salvage yard to find one

-Don't forget to flush out the oil pump with clean oil prior to starting up the engine
-Make sure all the pipes fit loosely before clamping them down
-You may need to buy piping to make tricky bends work for your kit
-Having a "few" off the shelf silicone couplers help with tight figments
-Degrease ALL of the silicone couplers prior to install to remove any contamination/residual oil that is left inside. Also clean the pipe connections very well as STS doesn't bead roll there flanges
-Don't cut the wires to the MAF, just remove it from the loom and re-route it out of the way
-You will need to trim you passenger side inner wheel well plastic to clear the cold side piping
-Make sure you sure mount a 45/90 degree elbow onto the turbo for the air cleaner, or get a relocation kit and move the filter up under the bed to keep it dry and protected from road debris
-Put a K&N pre-filter on the turbo filter if keeping it in the "stock" location
-Make sure you have the rubber isolation grommets for the oil pump or else it will rattle like crazy on the frame. If in a pinch you could always nut/bolt through the frame
-Replace the rubber oil return with new rubber/ then flush the pump into a bucket
-There is always STS tech support to help out

Thanks for the tips! The sts tech support is a little thin tho as they are no longer in business. That was my first go to with no luck. Thanks!
