Your trans is the 6l80 correct? If so gearing is fine... Get a nice converter 3000-3600 for a street driven vehicle... Then get in touch with a cam guy and tell him what you e got, turbo specs, gearing, converter, vehicle weight, and so on! I think you have some badass potential with what you have, but you need a nice converter and cam, and maybe a different size A/R turbine housing on the turbo...... This is a maybe! But for sure get in my touch with a few cam guys and converter companies! After a few adjustments I'm sure you'll be more than happy with your setup!
On another note! If your dead set on getting rid of everything, let me know! I would be more than glad to take it all off your hands and start a RCSB build!!!

The turbo size is overkill, but not needed to change.
Your immediate needs would be to change the cam and put an aftermarket converter. For the amount of power runnning, stock converters will flex and take out the crankshaft.

A couple little things. Like everyone said, that turbo is huge. Talk to stock48 about a turbo when you are talking cams. If you start working that turbo the filter is way too small. Also in the pics it looks like the oil feed is laying against the wastegate. If so remove it before it makes a mess. Are you running a cat converter? If so that could be adding some restriction. You might consider a cutout to help move some exhaust.
