Yup gears are stock 3.42. But wow! Should I just dump the whole thing and get a built crate engine or something?

What about if I use this turbo with another engine? If so, would the turbo kit from this setup be plug and play on the new engine?

Turbo kit should bolt up to any LS based engine.
Why dump the engine and start over?
Figure out what's wrong move from there.
Make a change and see what happens.

Could be something simple.

Better cam suited to motor
