Default 408 question!

has anyone done forced induction on a 408 wanting to put a turbo on it dont know what it would do and what kind of hp numbers it would put out and 1/4 mile times???

Yes, a lot of people have 408s and power adders. Without some idea of the setup you want to run, the best answer you can get for the numbers questions is between 550-1100hp (11xx is the highest so far -- Parish8) and the quickest 1/4 so far for turbo 408 is also Parish8 and 10.03. Blacksheep has an n2o 408 and went 9s. Bear in mind that speed is proportional to money invested and headaches endured.

I'd suggest taking at look at the dyno list and the ftl.

Ive got 7Kish into my longblock as it sits right now then add on a power adder and all teh fuel, drivetrains and misc BS you are talking 20K EASILY since you are starting from stock.
