Default mild 370 dyno

mildy built 370

Heres the setup:
10.5 to 1 compression
01 Lq4 6.0 bored 4.030=370
speed pro hyperutectic dish pistons
stock rods with arp bolts
243 heads milled .030 with valve job
224R cam
1 3/4 LTs
Stock truck 78mm intake
full exhaust..no cut out

dynod with 3.90 gears 3200 circle D stall on factory 20s


3RD gear pull locked convertor

That was pretty close to what you was shooting for, wasn't it? I still haven't hit the rollers on the 370 I have. still try'n to fine tune.

Yep I wanted 400hp from the build
Curious to what yours does.

yeah, I am too!!. I'm replacing the 28 with a 34 radiator and doing 07 efans. I'm waiting on the harness to arrive. I'm also doing some newer coils and plugs and wires. I hope in the next week to hit the rollers just to see how much she makes. tune is a little off so I hope to brush it up first..

Power is right where it should be. Nice job!

My 6.0 is jst like your 370, but it has ported 243's and 10.7:1 compression, so after seeing your results, i'd say it's safe to say i'm sitting right around 400rwhp also. Good to know!
