2007 5.3L 56hp gain!
#1
A big thanks to KBRacing, Stock48, and Mitch at Total Engine Service in Lubbock, TX! I installed the Triple 12 cam and gained 56hp over baseline on an otherwise stock 5.3L in a NNBS Crew Cab. Truck mods listed below:
3" in/out Dynomax Ultraflow muffler (stock manifolds)
PRC .650 dual springs (stock 243's)
Comp double row timing chain
K&N air filter
Katech oil pump shim
Built 4L60E
DOD Delete
Trailblazer Stall
The dyno only shows 4900rpm due to vehicle speed being at 125mph. This cam makes great usable power up until 6200rpm. Next up to install is KBRacing's intercooled 70mm front mount kit.

Nice job! Thanks for sharing, and that is usable power under the curve that you can feel. Didn't even get close to it's pk power point. That cam pk's around 5600-5800 rpm in a 5.3L.
How is the low end?

Dang, real nice gains!! I'm also interested to know if this is the same triple 12 that everyone uses, and for boosted results. I don't remember seeing to many NNBS crew cabs that are turbo'ed, very interested in that.
