If this graph shows a 56hp gain, does that mean that the stock 5.3 only made 212 hp at the wheels? Or am I missing something or reading it wrong. That would be like a 33% power loss through the drive line, if the stock truck was 315hp at the crank.

I'm sure I'm missing something...

 

He is running the std Stock48 triple 12. Numbers are lower because it is a mustang dyno, and at over 3000' elevation. Same cam will go in nbs trucks with 3 bolt timing gear.
