It is only for 03s as they have the separate engine and tranny PCMs... but the Superchips does the same thing with less worry about warranty issues.... probably the best bang for the buck! If you do exhaust look at those people who have done exhausts and bettered their times as a lot exhausts can cost you power.. a lotta cash for no gains.. If you change cams I recommend the blower cam from KRC as it will produce better low end torque than some of the others... A good COLD air CAI will do wonders but do not get one that takes in air from under the hood ( most all of them ) I built my own out of 4 inch pvc... good for 3 tenths at the track....
There are a lot of good things out there but just as many that will be a waste of cash so do lots of research!

a programer would be my first add on in your application. then i would look into a cai and exhuast, but like mrdestine said, be careful with your exhuast choice because if you open it up to much you will loose power. i have a 50 series 3 chamber with the stock tail pipe out the side with a 4" manaflow tip and it worked and sounded great before i done the headers, now the sound is unbelievable, but back to the subject on hand. the comp cams xfi260 would be another good choice for you. and if i pulled alot like you do i would for sure changes the gears. just do your research and remember you get what you pay for.

YOu can get a new Ram with a lsd but I bought a peg leg and put a powertrax no slip and 4:56 gears. That, along with a highr stall tc made my truck drive GREAT!
