Exclamation 1990 k2500 4wd not working

As the title says I have no power to the actuator.

Things I have checked.

-Actuator works when you hook it up to 12v
-4x4 fuse is good
-4x4 lights are intermittent
-not getting power to the actuator plug

ive had this problem on several of mine aswell. its 99% of the time the screw in activator switch on the side of the transfer case. when you pull the lever insidethe cab, it enguages the transfer case and then that switch enguages the front actuator. replace that switch and you should be good to go! its on the driver side of transfer case towards the upper side. its called a (transfer case switch)

you need a deep 23mm socket, its easiest if you go from the rear of the transfer case and reach over it.
