Perfectly legal in TX

There's no such thing as registration in TX other than when you first buy it from a store.

Yes you must be 18 or older.

 

You are supposed to ship to a FFL dealer if selling online. Unless it is C&R if you have a license, or black powder, which will ship to your door. I am not sure how a person to person sell could be tracked though?
