OK heres the situation, my turck all of the sudden started running rough after sitting for about three days almost like a cylinder mis-fire... i am getting a Flashing Check Engine light while driving but, I am not getting any sotred codes! I checked vacum lines, no leaks...
I borrowed a buddy's laptop with HP Tuners ad was able to figure out how to do a Cylinder balance test and get 99/100% across the board... I do not know enough about HP Tuner though to really trouble shot with it... It is possible when the dyno shop tuned my truck that maybe they tuned off error code reporting???
I don't think its bab gas because i am not getting any pinging and I can get into full boost, it just runs rough... I need pull the plug wires on the turbo side to check for heat damage but, i don't think thats it because they wrapped in two layers of heat wrap...
I don't working on my truck but, damn do i hate trouble shooting this crap... Any ideas guys?

Check to see if your P0300 series codes are turned off. P0300 is a random misfire and will cause the SES light to flash. P0307 for example would mean cylinder 7 has the misfire. Most likely a plug wire or fouled plug. Should be an easy fix. Good luck
