Default wait4me Q's

will you guys help me out with what to get jesse to do when i order a Wait4Me? yall see the mods i have in my sig.. i run 93oct right now, so for sure i want him to tune for that, how much TM should i get him to take out? trans is stock with a nice size cooler out front. and with the hypertech i have my shift points set so 1st shifts out at 50mph @ 6k rpms, 2nd shifts out at 90mph (cant remember what rpm...) rev limiter at 6100rpms, and i guess the top speed limiter to 150mph, even though ill never get there. and shift firmness a +. what about the tow/haul thing? even though i still pull nice size trailers. should i get him to do that also? and im sure im forgettin something.... yall help me out please..

Jesse wont remove tM unless you tell him too, remove 100% TM and 100% abuse mode stuff. On some of the trucks there is something that removes power when both the brakes AND throttle is applied(doing a breakstand or trying to spool a turbo at the starting line), get rid of that too.

peace

remove 100% TM? even with a Stock trans with 135k miles? I dont think i have the thing you are talkin about with thing that removes power with the brakes applied, mine will turn the tires then just smoke them. but if it can get better, ill go for that.. Thanks Hog!!!

It's brake engine torque, or something along those lines. Only 03 and up have it in the trucks, it has to do with electronic throttle control, which he doesnt have.

Take out 85% TM, and you should be safe.

I woould advise against the tow/haul *** button option if you still tow with your truck. He will not remove TQ even if you ask him, he told me that himself. He says nobody can tell the difference anyway. I love my tune and asked for the basic stuff and it works great. No complaints here and getting ready to order one for my 04 Escalade.
