Default Tunning questions

When u get a truck tune is it possible that the o2 sensors can go out??

Sense you mentioned tuning, are you asking if you can "tune" the 02 sensors out? If that's what you're asking, then yes.

No I mean that my o2 sensors went out when I got the truck tune

HPT/EFI? They were probably cut off by the tuner.

It was an hp tune but I had a week of no check engine light then it showed up

Are you saying that they went out as if they need to be replaced? Your truck wouldn't run worth a crap if they needed to be replaced. If this is the case, it is probably just a coincidence that it happened right after you got your truck tuned.

Yeah like if they needed to be replaced but I also hear a hissing sound under the cab

Hissing sound? Like when the engine is running I assume?

Exhaust leak, maybe? That could make a O2 sensor go bad. If the tuner hooked up a wideband, maybe they didn't get the rear sensor back in or tight?

Yeah but he never took out the sencor he just did everything by the computer
